Walking through Grasmere

I just love the Lake District, my grandmother used to live there on the road between Ambleside and Hawkshead and I spent most of my school holidays there, wandering around the countryside with her, visiting the famous Gingerbread shop as well as the perfume shop which has changed a great deal since I was there as a child, not too mention some very memorable lunches.  Grasmere a beautiful, picturesque place full of history as well as beauty.

My original artwork is created using pen and a variety of water-soluble media, watercolour (White Knight watercolours) watercolour pencils, ink, Inktense pencils and blocks from Derwent, and occasionally Brusho on Bockingford hot or cold pressed paper
